2200F MSR 1.8E Solid Sawn Specifications

2200F MSR 1.8E Solid Sawn Scaffold Plank represents an evolutionary enhancement in the qualification of solid sawn scaffold plank versus traditional D165 planks. Our mill’s proof testing process results in lower variability in flat wise bending strength in 2200F MSR 1.8E planks than visual grading alone found in traditional DI65 planks.

LOAD VALUES

Proper Use of 1.5” x 9.25” DI65 SYP/ (2200F) Scaffold Plank under dry use ( < 19% moisture content ) that meets the grading rules published by the Southern Pine Inspection Bureau ( 2002 Edition ), approved by the American Lumber Standards Committee and ANSI safety requirements. Meets and/or exceeds OSHA standards.

  

Conforms to ANSI  A10.8 Loading Requirements

Requirements:

1. Worker and tools weigh 250 pounds = Worker load

2. 1 worker located at span

3. 2 workers located 18” on either side of span center

4. 3 workers located as indicated in requirements 2 and 3 above.
